The Woolsey fire in Calabasas is one of two separate brush fires that erupted on Thursday, along with the so-called Hill Fire in Santa Rosa Valley that shut down the 101 freeway and has spread to over 10,000 acres. "Just landed back home and had one hour to pack up and evacuated out home".

She wrote alongside the picture: "I pray that everyone is kept safe and protected from these fires".

Unfortunately, Caitlyn Jenner - who was previously married to Kris Jenner, mother of the Kardashian siblings - lost her Malibu home to the fires.

"Pray for Calabasas", wrote Kim Kardashian-West, star of "Keeping Up With the Kardashians", on a video she uploaded to her Instagram stories. "I pray everyone is safe".

Kim and Kourtney Kardashian were among the people evacuated from their homes as wildfires spread throughout Southern California.

"I just had to evacuate my home from the fires", Alyssa Milano tweeted.

Kardashian documented the Woolsey fire on Instagram as she arrived via private jet.

Her sisters, Kourtney Kardashian and Khloe Kardashian, also evacuated their nearby homes, with each giving social media followers updates on their comings and goings. More than 20 million locals were under red flag warnings across the state as three major fires - Camp, Woolsey, and Hill fires - burn in California, according to CNN.

At least 75,000 homes were evacuated in Los Angeles and Ventura counties on Thursday and Friday, with "much of the city of Malibu" under mandatory evacuation orders, officials said in an alert.

She later thanked the firefighters for their efforts, adding: 'Thank you for all you do for us!'

"If anyone can get 5 horses out the fire please help me", she wrote.

Los Angeles Fire Department Public Information Officer Erik Scott said the blaze destroyed or damaged many buildings.
