Destiny 2 is free to keep if you claim it before November 18

The company said, "We're celebrating Destiny's first year on Blizzard with a free digital copy of Destiny 2 on PC".

If you are looking to try out Destiny 2 on PC this is the time to download it. This is of course, the base version of the game and does not include recent expansion, Forsaken.

Destiny 2 is available now for PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One.

There's no doubting how much the Forsaken and 2.0 Update enhanced this title since its launch previous year.

Today, Bungie has announced that the PC version of Destiny 2 will be free to everyone for a limited time.

You don't exactly need a gaming PC to run Destiny 2, but your netbook probably isn't going to cut it.

It's well known that Activision makes a lot of money from micro-transactions and Destiny 2 has lots of them. Destiny base games are typically locked out of expansion-only rotating missions, events, and strikes, so you may not be able to join your friends in the fray. Additionally, new Guardians will have the opportunity to try out Destiny 2: Forsaken's new mode "Gambit", from November 9th through 11th 2018, during the Gambit Free Weekend.
