The 6.5-inch model will reportedly be called the iPhone XS Max, as Apple drops the "Plus" moniker from the devices. Truth be told, as long as Apple's 6.1-inch LCD model is somewhat affordable, it won't really matter how pricey its iPhone XS models are.
The name iPhone XS Max just sounds odd, nearly something the company is putting out there in an attempt to catch leakers. There have been leaked images that show off the upcoming Apple Watch and with it, we get a new watch face.
Apple has confirmed an iPhone event at the Steve Jobs Theater on the new Apple Campus. The 5.8-inch variant is set to be named as the iPhone XS and while the larger 6.5-inch variant named as the iPhone XS Max. According to 9to5Mac, the German Apple Store is now selling the iPhone 8, iPhone 8 Plus and the iPhone X for 799, 909 and 1,149 Euros, respectively. Converting to Indian rupees, this comes to Rs 57,364 for the iPhone Xs, Rs 71,723 for the iPhone Xs Max and Rs 50,184 for the iPhone 9.
Historically, September is one of the biggest months of the year for Apple-the month that the tech giant releases its latest iPhone models.
A few hours after the announcement, 9to5Mac posted photographs of two gold iPhone models stacked on top of each other, with a larger-screened model on the bottom.
The hotly anticipated new iPhones are just around the corner and any little bit of information on them is likely to be pretty solid and close to the real deal. The cheapest iPhone, or the iPhone 9 as some call it will cost $699.
According to 9to5Mac Apple will also launch a new Apple Watch.
