The Cavs are now the favorite to win the Eastern Conference. Toronto changed its entire offense to shoot more 3-pointers and move the ball after last year's sweep by Cleveland, and were the only team during the regular season to finish in the top five on offense and defense. Cleveland took Games 1 and 2 on the road, winning 113-112 Tuesday night and following that up with a 128-110 romp Thursday.

The Raptors are in a 3-0 hole to the Cleveland Cavaliers in this Eastern Conference semifinal series.

Toronto had their chances to get back in the series but failed to do so.

Thanks to James' late intervention, the Cavaliers took a commanding 3-0 series lead in the second round of the National Basketball Association play-offs.

"It's actually more of a hard shot if you miss, even though you're going to overtime because that momentum can carry them too, they feel good about themselves", James said.

The Raptors are shooting decently in the postseason, hitting 47.4 percent from the field. Toronto has been excellent at the charity stripe, drilling an even 80.6 percent of their opportunities. But the Raptors aren't going quietly. Toronto was 20 of 25 at the line, won the rebounding battle 41-36 and turned the ball over 17 times in the contest.

Cleveland stumbled through their first round series with IN and was taken to the limit.

In yesterday's other second-round play-off game, the Boston Celtics also took a 3-0 series lead with a 101-98 overtime win over the Philadelphia 76ers.

The Raptors were called for 28 fouls in the loss compared to 19 for the Cavaliers, while they earned 10 more fouls than their opponent in Game 2. The Cleveland Cavaliers are averaging 101 points on 45.3 percent shooting and allowing 102.9 points on 48 percent shooting.

Love scored nine straight Cleveland points, including two free-throws that accounted for a 77-61 edge. The Cavaliers have been good at the line, cashing in 75.8 percent of their chances.

James added seven assists, six rebounds and three steals in his latest stellar effort.

Lue said Smith was sick on Saturday and shouldn't have played.

Toronto recovered from a 17-point, third-quarter deficit to make it a one-possession game.

Saturday was a pretty big day for LeBron James. "Over the course of my career, I just try to put a lot of work into other facets of my game to try to neutralize their game plan".
