Rajasthan need to win each of their last five games to stand a chance of sneaking into the playoffs. They hardly manage couple of victories in the season.

Rohit Sharma (c), Jasprit Bumrah, Hardik Pandya, Kieron Pollard, Mustafizur Rahman, Suryakumar Yadav, Krunal Pandya, Ishan Kishan, Rahul Chahar, Evin Lewis, Saurabh Tiwary, Ben Cutting, Pradeep Sangwan, Jean-Paul Duminy, Tajinder Singh, Sharad Lumba, Siddhesh Lad, Aditya Tare, Mayank Markande, Akila Dananjaya, Anukul Roy, Mohsin Khan, MD Nidheesh, Mitchell McClenaghan, Adam Milne. One big news from the hosts' camp is that Yuvraj Singh, Marcus Stoinis and Axar Patel have made the playing XI.

A primary reason for Mumbai's struggles this season has been their inefficient batting.

Everyone's talking about your poor form and how it may be "the end", you get dropped, then you catch a break as your replacements don't do much better than you did.

Mujeeb's (3/27) last two overs saw him bag three wickets. This has been a recurring trend for the Indians throughout the season, and they should have observed that not solving this issue means no victories for them.

That apart, KXIP's good work in the field came to the fore when Chris Gayle stretched forward to grab onto Rahane's late cut in the fourth over.

However, his next over was game-changing.

Fantasy Picks: The top four will once again be favourites as choices.

It is well reported that the last few balls of an innings, or game, have cost Mumbai.

For a team that boasts someone like Chris Gayle at the top of the order, it can always afford to hope. The dependence on him after his knocks of 63 and 104 have rendered the rest of the lineup highly unreliable. The solid opening partnership has meant another explosive batsman, Aaron Finch, has found himself out of favour and batting lower down the order, where he hasn't been as successful, while Mayank Agarwal and Karun Nair have given strong finishes to the team's total. Bowling against the likes of Robin Uthappa and Dinesh Karthik is no easy task and Markrande will be key to keeping Mumbai's campaign alive. If they can dismiss Gayle early, it might be an early night for Punjab. Among the bowlers, young seamer Jofra Archer have done well to claim seven wickets from just three matches while this IPL's costliest buy Jaydev Unadkat have also been amongst the wickets.

Rahul stayed at the crease from the beginning till the very end and smashed 7 boundaries and 3 sixes during his 54-ball innings. Clearly, RR is having an upper hand over KXIP in terms of the number of matches won by either of these sides when they played each other.

After a lengthy layoff, Kings XI Punjab return to action and aim to hit the ground running to take back their third place spot, which was taken away by Kolkata Knight Riders. Let us know in the comments and poll below.
