How mobile players are going to compete with PS4 and PC players, and how Epic has implemented controls for mobile is going to be interesting to see! Fortnite Battle Royale is the direct competitor for PUBG but not anymore as the massively multiplayer online game is about to go all mobile expanding its horizon. The mobile version of the 100-player brawler will be released on iOS first but an Android version will follow suit promptly after that.
Fortnite Battle Royale is one of the biggest video games around right now, so it makes sense that Epic would try to bring it to as many platforms as possible, including Android and iOS devices. These players will also be getting a so-called friend invite codes to share with other players provided they too have an iOS device.
Fortnite Battle Royale will be coming to mobile devices in the coming months. Invitations via email will be sent out to players soon after, offering a link to download the game. Android support is set for sometime in the future. With Microsoft now being the only console to house PUBG - we could be on the cusp of a Battle Royale, err, console exclusivity battle. No such luck for XBox One, but that's likely something to do with the business dealings between the console owners. Well, you might want to reconsider that, as Epic claims these new versions will be exactly the same as the ones on PC and consoles.

Perhaps what's shocking is that Fortnite Battle Royale will support cross-platform play and cross progression.
