Marvel Studios moves up 'Avengers: Infinity War' release date

Avengers Infinity War : The Outriders confirmed in the movie

Did Marvel just move Avengers: Infinity War up because of Robert Downey Jr.?

Avengers: Infinity War will now hit theaters on April 27, 2018.

The Marvel Studios schedule is full between 2020 and 2022. The new date means that the movie will open everywhere around the world on the same day, whereas it was originally slated to release in some markets before the USA, as has been common with Marvel Cinematic Universe films over the past few years. "Every story that Marvel has told since Iron Man 1 finds a narrative thread in these next two Avengers movies".

The Avengers 3 movie previously had a wide range of release dates across the world, ranging from April 25 to May 4.

You heard right! Avengers: Infinity War will be releasing in theaters a week earlier than expected.

It's not really a surprise that the film will be pretty long, and it's actually quite short if you think about the implications the movie has for the future of Marvel Studios. We believe that our heroes will have to wait till the very end to face this monstrous being and would have to face a number of different foes before reaching the boss level.

In the anticipated superhero movie, the Avengers join forces with the Guardians of the Galaxy to confront Thanos, who is trying to collect the Infinity Stones.

As "Black Panther" continues to dominate the box office, Marvel Studios is surprising fans by moving the character's return up one week.

The Marvel account then tweeted a gif of the moment in the trailer when Black Panther, Okoye, Captain America, Black Widow, Hulk, War Machine, Falcon and the Winter Soldier race into battle. In fact, they did it just a little while ago by announcing that Deadpool 2 was also going to be released earlier. Why? And with exactly two months left until the big premiere, some fans can't help but wonder if the X-Men will be arriving sooner in MCU, perhaps some Easter eggs in the third Avengers movie?
