"Fortnite" players are getting a Battle Pass for Season 3, and Epic Games has recently revealed the details of its contents. Epic Games will also introduce a number of new contents that were not available in Season 2 such as three back blings, five skydiving FX trails, and eight new themes for loading screens. Season 3's Battle Pass (which should take around 75-150 hours to completely unlock) offers 30 more tiers than last season's effort, and considerably more loot - this year loosely themed around "space".
If time is of the essence, though, the option is available to purchase the Season 3 Battle Pass that Epic said will amount to 950 V-Bucks.
Fortnite, the hybrid action building game from Epic Games, will soon enter Season 3. However, they should note that it is expected to cost around $150, according to Polygon. Since the Battle Royale mode features a lot of time spent looking at the character's back, Epic Games sought fit to spruce up the view a little bit. Season 3 of Save the World shall even witness a new score by music composer Marco Beltrami (Logan, The Hurt Locker, etc.). This will change your building materials when your now supply runs dry, and will come in handy when under fire and frantically trying to build around you.
Changes include the new Turbo Building option which lets players hold down the placement button which lets them continuously place down buildings.
Players can now build structures just about anywhere, even through trees, rocks and cars. The new outfits, where some of them are reminding us of Toy Story's Buzz Lightyear, seems quite fun.
One of the most welcome changes is the ability to "build through stuff". This will also be implemented into Save the World at a later date. Epic detailed all the changes in a separate post. Previously, when you changed between building pieces that request would be routed through Epic's own servers.
Of course. You can expect a whole assortment of game updates to come into force with the new 3.0.0 patch. I'm feeling like it's about time to once again struggle to get into the top fifteen in Battle Royale mode.
