PM Modi is likely to announce the set-up of a super-speciality hospital in Palestine's Ramallah.

So then why isn't Nehru the first Indian PM to visit Palestine? He had visited the UAE in 2015. "And this time it's very special".

Modi held the talks with Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas and reiterated India's support in developing the West Asian nation.

On Sunday, the premier will be meeting with Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid al-Maktoum, the vice president and prime minister of the UAE, and the ruler of Dubai.
