This incident adds to the controversy related to Mill's judge, Genece Brinkley, who has been accused of misconduct in regards to the Philly rapper's case.
Chavarria has reportedly admitted to slipping Nicki Minaj's ex-boyfriend the note insisting that the judge wasn't aware of he actions.
Chavarria wrote: 'This will probably be my son's last semester at VCU if the tuition isn't paid for this year and unfortunately with my bad credit, I am unable to secure a loan or cosign a loan for my son. "Anything you can do is much appreciated".
"The Philadelphia courts have always prioritized fairness, impartiality and the highest ethical standards", Roberts said in a statement.
But, instead of reducing himself to a court official's meal ticket, the 30-year-old chose to give his efforts to a more worthy cause. As for her son, he has remained in school and is expected to graduate in May.
Brinkley has since found herself under fire for her past conduct with Mill, with his lawyers claiming she overstepped her judicial bounds multiple times.

They also have alleged that Brinkley, during separate private conferences with the rapper in 2016, urged Mill to record a cover of a Boyz II Men song she liked and to ditch his current management team, Jay-Z's Roc Nation, in favor of a local manager with whom Mill had worked earlier in his career.
However, TMZ reports that transcripts from the meeting where this allegedly happened relay no such thing. The 30-year-old did not reply back, and shortly after he was sentenced to two to four years for a parole violation.
Brinkley is now under investigation for partial treatment of Mill, who remains behind bars at the State Correctional Institution in Chester, Pennsylvania.
