Cabello left Fifth Harmony in December 2016. Along with taking home the coveted moon man for the best pop video the year thanks to their hit single "Down" featuring Gucci Mane, powerhouse girl group Fifth Harmony threw some serious shade at their former bandmate.
Camila Cabello has spoken out about an infamous moment during Fifth Harmony's 2017 MTV VMA performance.
Camila Cabello originally planned to call her solo debut "The Hurting, The Healing, The Loving".
"We get asked all the time if we're getting a fifth member and we wanted to show the world in an artistic way that, hey, the four of us are Fifth Harmony", said Brooke during an interview with Good Morning America. The "Tiny Dancer" singer heaped praise on the 20-year-old beauty, calling her "gorgeous" and complimenting her "great attitude".

"I just love that attitude, there's a vibrance here that makes me feel good". In the middle, you still get some encouragingly reflective songs, most notably the acoustic guitar-accompanied "Real Friends", which lets her get just enough woe out of her system about how you can't trust anyone in the music business.
The singer said it soon became clear that she couldn't balance her solo endeavours whilst remaining in the group, and made the hard decision to break away from the band to pursue her dreams.
"It became clear that it was not possible to do solo stuff and be in the group at the same time", she added. Most recently, the singer hung out with her pals Taylor Swift and Ed Sheehan backstage during a Jingle Ball concert and was surprised to see Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds were there as well. "It's you babe/ And I'm a sucker for the way that you move, babe/ And I could try to run, but it would be useless", she sang. I felt way happier.
Pop star Camila Cabello has proved her label bosses wrong by turning Havana into a chart smash - because they didn't think the song had hit potential. And I love them together but they were super cool.
