YouTube has not had a successful run like Spotify, which has almost 140 million monthly users or Apple, which has over 30 million subscribers, when it comes to paid music service. The latter, which was originally expected to focus on music became more invested in original video projects.
The company has now extended the region of availability of its Amazon Echo and Amazon Music Play to 28 more countries.
The new service, internally referred to as Remix, would include Spotify-like on-demand streaming and would incorporate elements from YouTube, such as video clips, the people said.
The display language for the music streaming service will be available in English, German, French, Italian, Spanish, and Japanese.
"Music is very important to Google and we're evaluating how to bring together our music offerings to deliver the best possible product for our users, music partners and artists".

Remix music service will be the third attempt at releasing rivals for Apple Music and Spotify. It may happen that Amazon Play Music will offer some discounts for its services in the countries which has recently been added here. Rumors suggest the platform kept negotiating with Universal Music Group and Sony Music Entertainment for over a year.
That said, the two companies are also dependent upon each other. Further, you can access the service on the web, iOS, Android, Mac, Windows, Echo devices, and FireTV.
