Newest Harvey Weinstein accuser Kadian Noble appears at press conference at the Kimpton Hotel Tuesday in Manhattan

More than 80 women have accused Weinstein of unwanted advances and sexual assault, including six charging they were raped by the Hollywood hotshot.

She is now demanding a jury trial and unspecified damages in the suit, which also names Harvey's brother Bob and The Weinstein Company as co-defendants. He then pushed her into the bathroom, blocked her exit, groped her all over her body and forced her to perform sexual acts on him. Federal sex-trafficking law prohibits causing someone to engage in a commercial sex act by means of force, fraud, or coercion (or at all if they're under 18).

Noble, who is being represented by Stuart Mermelstein, claims that she had been in contact with Weinstein about a role prior to the hotel room incident and dropped off a reel of her acting work at his London office.

Police in Beverly Hills, New York, London and Los Angeles are now investigating multiple sexual assault allegations against disgraced Hollywood producer Harvey Weinstein.

Instead, according to Kadian, Weinstein grabbed her breasts.

Noble's story sounded horribly familiar to the allegations made by the other actresses, with Weinstein using his position of power to entrap his victims. She says Weinstein told her at the time that he had a film role in mind for her.

Noble is suing Weinstein, his brother Bob and The Weinstein Company for damages.

Harvey Weinstein has been accused of sexual assault and harassment by over 80 women

It had started with film offers and mentorship in 2014, and in February, the two met in Cannes, France, where Weinstein invited her to his room at Le Majestic Hotel to go over her reel.

HARVEY WEINSTEIN then called an unnamed TWC producer in the United States and put him on the phone with [Noble].

The Harvey Weinstein sex scandal had created this year's loudest uproar and outrage from women worldwide and then seemingly calmed down for a bit.

Despite her repeated objections, Weinstein allegedly pulled down his trousers and began masturbating as while "rubbing her vagina", eventually forcing her hand "to masturbate him" until he "ejeaculated onto the bathroom floor".

Noble has proceeded to claim that Bob and TWC were equally responsible and had full idea of Harvey's behaviour and intentions with her.

The complaint also details the use of the term "FOH" by TWC staffers to refer to women Harvey Weinstein had sexual encounters with in exchange for professional advancement. The company "had been privy to multiple claims in which such acts were alleged" against Weinstein by 2014, it notes.

The company violated US sex trafficking law by "benefiting from, and knowingly facilitating, the venture in which Harvey Weinstein traveled in foreign commerce to recruit or entice female actors into forced or coerced sexual encounters on the promise of roles", states the lawsuit.
