So now that the first teaser trailer for The Incredibles 2 has arrived, should absence make all our hearts grow fonder?

When it comes to The Incredibles 2, Mr. Baby Jack-Jack teaches us that holding any baby can be dicey, but holding a super-baby can pose special problems.

Take a look at the teaser above, and here is the film's just-released poster. Earning more than $70 million opening weekend, "The Incredibles" posted the second-largest opening at the time for an animated feature.

The trailer shows off one thing: babies with superpowers are risky. This clip highlights Jack-Jack's newfound superpowers, and Mr. The story will pick up immediately after the first film, as the Parr family faces off against the supervillain, Underminer. Alongside them, old favourites like Samuel L. Jackson's Frozone (let's hope he has to ask his wife for his supersuit again) and fashion designer Edna Mode (director Brad Bird) will return.
