Mukhammadzoir Kadirov, who the Federal Bureau of Investigation announced a 90-minute search for, reportedly lived in the Wexford Apartment complex near the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa until earlier this year, according to the Tampa Bay Times.
At a news conference FBI Assistant Director in Charge Bill Sweeney said, "We've found him, and we'll leave it at that".
Authorities said Sapiov's cell phones held thousands of images relating to ISIS and 90 videos depicting ISIS fighters and prisoners being killed or beheaded.
Notes found in the rented truck used in the attack were written in Arabic and praised the terror group, Miller said.
He was shot in the abdomen by police and taken to hospital where he is expected to make a full recovery.
They said he chose Halloween for the attack because he believed there would be more people on the street.
"Law enforcement officials are seeking the public's assistance with information about Mukhammadzoir Kadirov in relation to the deadly attack in the Tribeca neighborhood of New York City, New York, on October 31, 2017", the poster reads.
