Now, many are anticipating that the 27-year-old will be discussing her reputation on TS6, what fans are nicknaming the as yet unnamed material.

Taylor took to Instagram today to share news of her forthcoming new album and even shared some noticeably edgier artwork with fans.

The album, titled Reputation, is set to be released on November 10, but will be preceded by the lead single which is set to debut on Thursday night. Taylor Swift's been taunting by deleting everything from her social media pages and then uploading creepy videos to them, but she FINALLY gave us the information we've been waiting to hear! Swift's album releases are normally like clockwork: every two years, in mid-autumn, since 2006.

We for one can't wait for the new music. According to Variety, multiple sources have confirmed that Taylor will release a new single Friday, but that it's still anyone's guess whether or not she'll drop an entire album.

Swift's post announcing the album also teased some new promotional art, with one photo showing the singer's face covered in newspaper print. Her fans seem to think so.

Born and raised in Pennsylvania, Swift moved to Nashville, Tennessee at age 14 to pursue a career in country music.

Her last album, 1989, came out in October 2014. Beginning this week, three cryptic videos were posted exquisite corpse-style, gradually revealing the body of a snake.

Swift has been flying under the radar in the past months, making no major public appearances and skipping on her usual activities such as her annual Fourth of July bash.
