The Overwatch Summer Games 2017 brings with it obligatory game modes, a lot of loot, and a new map. The new epic skins can be purchased for 750 credits, rare cosmetic items for 225 credits, and common cosmetic items for 75 credits.
Numerous popular legendary skins, emotes and highlight intros are returning in the loot boxes, along with some new ones. While the game mode is an old one, it comes with some interesting modifications wherein Lucio's ultimate ability is increased speed and reduction in the cool down time on his alternate ability.
Below, you can see an image of all characters with their new victory poses as well as separate images of each of them. In contrast to the previous event, there are not many skins which focused on Olympics.
The summer games have arrived once again in the futuristic world of Overwatch. For players who have outgrown the casual bunny slopes, there's Copa Lúcioball, a competitive version with placement matches, skill tiers and leaderboards. Soon, the leaves will turn and the temperatures will drop, so make sure to earn all of your Summer Games rewards before they're gone until next year.
Competitive has its own Match Making Ranking system and the top 500 players in the world will receive a special spray for ruling competitive.
