Chris Cornell's 12-year-old daughter, Toni Cornell, performed a tribute to her father on Friday's segment of ABC's "Good Morning America".

She was joined by OneRepublic at Central Park for this wonderful installment of the GMA Summer Concert series, and she amazingly managed to hold it together and belt out some flawless verses despite it being only two and half months since her father took his life.

The song is particularly meaningful because it's the one that Bennington himself performed at Cornell's funeral in May, so the fact that Toni was able to get through it is a testament to her strength. Bennington's suicide came on the day of his late friend Chris Cornell's birthday.

As Toni Cornell and Tedder began to sing "Hallelujah", a camera panned over the crowd to show fans holding up their own tributes to Chris Cornell and Bennington.

The first single off the band's debut album "Hybrid Theory", "One Step Closer" still stands as one of Linkin Park's most recognizable songs almost two decades later. The cause of Chris Cornell's death was determined to be suicide by hanging. The mural has received huge praise and people from all walks of life are coming to Los Angeles to see the 20-foot painting of Chester Bennington who is now at peace.

After the death of Bennington, Linkin Park announced that all donations for their Music for Relief charitable foundation would go to the One More Light fund in honor of Bennington.

"Daddy, Let me start by saying how much I love you and how much you mean to me", Toni wrote.
